How the integration works

• Send the order — Your store POSTs the service, customer, and address to our API in a single request.
• We match & assign an in-house technician — Our system picks a Fixlr technician by service capability and geographic coverage. The store never sees, selects, or contacts the technician.
• The technician contacts the customer — Directly — to schedule and complete the installation.
• You receive status via webhooks — Real-time updates: technician_assigned, in_progress, completed — or query the API anytime.
